Friday Night New Wave

Halloween is a week out, the nights are getting long, and the Spotlight Artist on Friday Night New Wave is Bauhaus. Four lads from Northampton who cut a nine-minute song about a dead horror-movie star in a single take and accidentally launched goth. We'll go from the crypt to the dance floor, with a saxophone, a ghost in the band and one very famous Bowie cover along the way.

Elsewhere, Once Upon a Time has a big suit, a Norwegian trio and Mr. Spock. Under the Radar brings out three songs that never got their due, and New Wave Birthdays lights a few candles. Spooky ones, naturally.

Everything else is up to you. Leave your requests at fnnw.live, or slip one into the private box if you'd rather keep it in the shadows. Friday Night New Wave starts at 8 PM Eastern, 7 PM Central.
